13th Annual Spirit of Freedom 4th of July Parade in Sacramento
Starting at the Fulton-El Camino Recreation and Park District, the parade starts at 10am and will travel down Fulton Ave and Cottage Way. Following the parade will be festivals and free food at Howe Park.

About the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area
Folsom Lake is a man-made reservoir constructed in 1955 along with the Folsom Dam to control the American River. Folsom Lake is part of the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area, which is managed by the California Department of Parks and Recreation.
