It’s hard to imagine that in such a booming and growing city, you can find a neighborhood that resembles a small town feel in a large city, but West Roseville at 95747 fits that exact description.

West Roseville, CA is nestled between existing farmlands and offers that peaceful surrounding that is hard to find in the heart of the city.  With so many neighborhoods to choose from, such as Woodcreek Oaks, Junction West, Westpark Village, and Fiddyment Ranch, there is a home for anyone who is looking for the services of an established city, but the feel of a small town. 

Junction West

Junction West sits between Fiddyment Road and Baseline, and has a population of about 4,500 people.  Homes in this neighborhood were built between 1990 to 2000.  The median list price in this area is about $356,000, at around $168 per square feet.  Within the last 3 months, 23 homes have been sold in this neighborhood.

Woodcreek Oaks

Woodcreek Oaks sits between Baseline and Pleasant Grove Blvd, and has a population of about 6,800 people.  Homes in this neighborhood were built between 1995 to 2005.  The median list price in this area is about $374,000, at around $196 per square feet.  Within the last 3 months, 20 homes have been sold in this neighborhood.

Westpark Village

Westpark Village is a fairly new master-planned community that sits roughly between Fiddyment and Pleasant Grove Blvd.  Homes in this neighborhood started building in 2005 and are continued to be built today.  At build out, there will be about 4,585 homes.  The median list price in this area is about $398,000, at around $182 per square feet.  Within the last 3 months, 35 homes have been sold in this neighborhood.

Fiddyment Ranch

Fiddyment Ranch is another new master-planned community that sits between Fiddyment and Hayden Blvd, right next to Westpark Village.  Homes in this neighborhood started building in 2005 and are still continued to be built today.  The median list price in this area is about $470,000, at around $172 per square feet.  Within the last 3 months, 24 homes have been sold in this neighborhood.
